Double Chocolate Chia Pudding
Delicious and decadent chocolate dessert containing 2 good for you super-foods.

Dagoba 100% unsweetened chocolate baking bar
13.5 oz can
Either in a double boiler over medium heat or in the microwave, melt 1 oz of the baking bar.
Add in the honey and continue to melt, stirring until combined.
In a large bowl, empty the can of coconut milk. Whisk in the cacao powder until fully incorporated. Pour in the chocolate/honey mixture and whisk until it looks like chocolate milk.
Add in the chia seeds and whisk until combined.
Pour into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The bigger your glassware is, the longer it'll need to be refrigerated.
Top with optional toppings - fruit, chocolate, coconut, etc. Serve.
Also note: The Total Time for this recipe does not include the time in the refrigerator!
