- 1 doz peeled hard boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup avocado mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp dill relish
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- fine sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Get creative! Want spicy eggs? Add in some cayenne or harissa powder. Want a slightly sweeter egg? Swap out the dill relish for sweet relish. There's no limit to what you can do with this recipe!
